Luca, the chef came around during dinner chatting with the tables. The farm to table style of dining was unique and always delicious. "Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé ! "Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
