"The interior design was very nicely, but the best part was , the most comfortable bed! I slept in! The staff was so professional! The entrance was spotless! Fresh! I come to Santa Fe to work, and when I’m done I just look forward to a good quiet, rest!"

"First thing about the place when I pulled up was many homeless people running around outside in the parking lot Parking lot was scary enough not to leave my family in the car when arriving and going inside the hotel had a clean appearance, however when making our way into the hallways and into the rooms, nothing but filled and stench, dead cockroaches, lying the hallway and the room the carpet was heavily matted with filth and stains. Also, the mattress was heavily soiled and bedding burned and ripped up. Lord knows we were not going to even attempt to sit on or touch the couch. The maintenance to the room was beyond poor shower curtains, barely hanging on with silicone tears and every fabric that you can find the odor and stench just follows you everywhere in that building. Lastly, the main downfall is no amenities is for kids as far as an operating pool. the odor and stench just follows you everywhere in that building. The Mystic Santa Fe

"We arrived after midnight. The front desk is not staffed after 9 PM. They brought a lockbox on our hotel with a code for the key. The front desk person that left at nine texted me his personal cell phone number if we had issues. We did not have any issues. The place is absolutely clean and so cute. The best continental breakfast I have ever had. We will definitely stay here again."

"Charming, exceedingly gracious staff (bellmen, reception, garage staff, cleaning staff ...), gorgeous updated vintage decor room (fab casement windows, working perfectly to allow in gentle fresh breezes). Super helpful and fun bellman at check-in. Love the photo-front elevators (beautiful 1800s Santa Fe shots) and the Mexican songsters trio in the lobby for Happy Hour. Terrific breakfast and service at La Plazuela. Thumbs up all around!"

"This hotel sits on a very lovely piece of real estate overlooking Santa Fe. It has some historic touch to it in the decorations. My room was spacious, and quiet. I hardly heard any traffic noise at all while I was there. The price is very good, but I’m a little bit puzzled as to why I’m paying a resort fee when it’s not really a resort. I wish they would leave glasses for drinking water in the rooms. I felt a little bit nervous that I might slip in the shower."
