"When we arrived for our 5 night stay, the hotel was closed. We found a worker who verified it was closed and sent us down the street to the Ramada Inn. Come to find out that they had a leak in the sprinkler system which flooded the hotel as they are closed in the winter. We received no notification from Expedia nor Baymont by Wyndham."

"When we check-in the first day the front desk was really helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is about the breakfast, staff and the room. First, the breakfast the food and the coffee run out we went to tell the person that the food is out. She roll her eye at us and look us from the top to bottom. And the reason why I said “we” is cuz is not just me that went to tell the person in the kitchen to fill more food. There’s couple of people that went to tell them. When we went there, we saw they were just talking and don’t even bother to come and look at the breakfast station. And the butter, half and half and the ketchup all out. And there’s one lady that I want to tell her that there’s no more coffee she just walk away from me and called the other person to come talk to me. Enough about the breakfast. Room service. I request a room service every other day to clean the room and change the towel. They never clean the room and the change the towel. We are paid for the hotel to stay not beggar. The staff and the breakfast I would give it below terrible so rude. And also the room service is super terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I should have taking a picture of my room that never clean."
