We had a wonderful stay! The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, close to Walmart, a gas station, and many restaurants. A special thank you to Larissa, who did a great job making sure we were comfortable during our stay. She checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything. We had no issues with our room at all. We had a bathtub which is amazing! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

The positives: lowest price compared to other local hotels at the time we booked (around 4:30 p.m. same day we stayed there); long counter around the sink in the bathroom - plenty of room for our toiletries, etc; comfortable mattress - not too firm, not too soft; room smelled good and the carpet was clean; bathroom lighting was excellent; friendly, competent person at the check-in (Grover); convenient location to restaurants and Walmart; close to I-90. The negatives: only one bath towel and one wash rag in a room for 2 people (I know I could have called for more but we were just too was too tired); the bedspread was a bit too heavy for me; the refrigerator's freezer was blocked by a huge buildup of ice (room 127)

The hot tub was great, the breakfast was sparse and they didn't do a great job of wiping off the tables in the eating area. No towels in the pool area, you had to ask for one at the front desk. Musty room smell so they sent us to another one upstairs. The beds were comfortable and the location was close to a lot of where we wanted to go.

Room was a place to stay. Great location but the hot tub was down and the bathroom could have been a little bit better. Breakfast was lacking. Expect a line at the waffle maker because that’s really it other than coffee and some toast. Overall it wasn’t terrible but for the price I would stick to a Hampton Inn

Ok for the price. Staff was nice. Went during sturgis so it was obviously more expensive then normal. Definitely get breakfast elsewhere. They didn't have anything for breakfast except waffles and hard boiled eggs. Pool wasn't open when we were there for some reason. Had to go to front desk 2 separate times because our key didn't work. Other then that it was fine

Everything about the room was good enough. Very disappointed in the breakfast choices or lack thereof. Staff seemed to be doing double duty; for instance, I checked out at the front desk with the same lady who had been cleaning up in the breakfast area some 100 feet away. It was difficult to get into the facility from the highway + there was no marquee on the front of the building indicating it was the Travelodge.

This was a very nice stay, was saddened that the wrong part to the hot tub didn't arrive so that we could use the hot tub, but the staff we so friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. The was was clean and the beds and pillows were real soft.

Breakfast was really poor - no orange juice with one watered down perhaps cranberry juice as the only option, waffle batter also seemed watered down, poor cereal choices, very small cups for coffee and water/juice. There was a couch and chair sitting in a hallway - neither appropriate or safe for quick exit if needed. The door to the outside nearest our room was hard to open and something was wrong with the latching mechanism. TV was quite small for today's standards. The staff was very nice and working hard to do what they could with the limited resources with which they were provided. This hotel has a good location but is not living up to what it could be.

Dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Microwave had food. splattered all in it, food left in the freezer. Drink spilled or in refrigerator. Candy on the floor, Gummies malt balls… enter the bed by the pedestal and behind the TV. There was lettuce and salt packets in the middle drawer of the dresser . The track that the closet doors ran in, was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in months.. the room stank like cigarette smoke and greasy food. The beds were clean. The shower was clean as was the bathroom. . I was unable to get another room in Rapid City for under $200. I tolerated the night and showed the videos I took to the clerk at the front desk. This hotel is filthy, outdated, and the people that work there look like local meth heads Stay away..
