"Xtay Porto Alegre Cais Rooftop é surpreendente. Tudo novo, tudo perfeito, enormes habitações, cama e roupa de cama e banho de excelência, perto de bares, restaurantes e do mercado público. Facilidades como mini-mercado, academia. Espaço interno equivalente a um hotel 5 estrelas. Recomendo."
"Achei o quarto com um bom tamanho, muito limpo, chuveiro maravilhoso e localização boa. Porém TV não funcionou, máquina de café quebrada, a cozinha não tem utensílios direito (não tem nem copo kkk somente xícara). Falta administração! Acredito que deve ter hospedagem melhor pelo mesmo valor."
"I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"Eu e minha família gostamos muito! Ao chegar fiquei preocupada pq o ambiente da recepção nao é atual. Mas o quarto, cama, lençóis e banheiro limpos, novos. Chuveiro bom.
Gostamos da mini copa com micro-ondas, pia, frigobar e utensílios no quarto.
Café da manhã muito bom! Amei a área de lazer no terraço, apesar q não fui para usar a piscina. Ótimo cantinho para relaxar. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Voltarei se tiver oportunidade. "

"This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent.
My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."
"Wonderful Hotel. Great staff. But the heated pool was not hot for American standards. It was just warm enough to get in but uncomfortable once you get out. Wonderful breakfast. Great shopping district. Will definitely go back"
