Very good hotel, with great swimming pools and common areas. The beach lounge is very pleasant. The staff is very attentive. As suggestions I'd say that the quality of the beds in the standard room could be better (very small) and some adjustments to the buffet could bring more quality to the service, such as increasing the variety of salad options and the meat served at the grill station (I never managed to receive medium-rare meat, despite making it clear how I preferred)

Title: Great Stay with Room for Improvement I recently had a great time at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The staff was exceptional, offering friendly and attentive service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I enjoyed every meal, and the dining experience was top-notch. The culinary team truly knows their craft. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful location, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. It's an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. However, there were a few aspects that I believe the hotel could improve upon. Firstly, it was disappointing to find out that the coffee during lunch was not covered by the meal. It would have been nice to have this information mentioned beforehand. Another issue I encountered was with the pool towels. It was incredibly difficult to obtain them, which was inconvenient. Streamlining the process for guests to access pool towels would greatly enhance the overall experience. Lastly, I experienced some unexpected charges on my room bill. Despite not consuming certain items, I was still billed for them. I recommend the hotel to review their charging system to ensure accuracy and fairness. In conclusion, despite these shortcomings, I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff, food, and beautiful location made for a memorable stay.

Paridisiacal hotel over the ocean, fantastic gardens full of palm trees with clesr water pools. The room was clean and quiet, nice staff. Lots of activities for kids and live music every night. Would surely repeat!

My family and I liked: the facilities, the comfort, the extreme good taste of the decoration, the quality of the food and drinks offered in the Restaurant, the amazing pools, the great location with an incredible beach, the well trained staff We were a bit disappointed by the check-out process (delay in checking the mini-bar consumption), although the check-in was very efficient.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous swimming pools and beautiful warm ocean water. The food in hotel was satisfactory but not "spectacular". It takes about 75 minutes from Recife Airport to get there - definitely worth it as the city itself of Recife has terrible industry with various toxic smells. Only "negative" in hotel is there are tons of mosquitos so bring your repellent.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the staff made me feel like I was the only person there. The rooms were nice but the pools, beach, and staff made this trip such a pleasure. I will definitely return and will tell anyone going to Porto they should stay here.

This place was pretty cool. We are from the US, and do not speak Portuguese. We felt comfortable the entire time, and enjoyed every moment. The pool was terrific, there were a few staff members who spoke enough English to help us get by. We stayed in one of the rooms that has a hot tub on the balcony, which I highly recommend. Food in the cafeteria got a little old after a few days, but no complaints really. Only real complaint is not enough free drinking water, and only instant coffee in the room. You get 1.5L of water free with the room, but that goes quickly, especially if you wake up with the slightest hangover. Would be better not to have to get ready and go to the cafeteria to get water and a cup of real coffee. All in all, a very relaxing oasis.

Relaxing stay
Great stay, everyone was very friendly, the room was clean, big and comfortable. The food was good, and location amazing, right in front of the beach with free beach loungers. Internet for who needs to do video calls is a bit so so, but it was ok.

Every year I book a different resort to spend the Brazilian summer holidays with my family. I wasn't expecting too much from this resort, but it completely surprised me in all aspects. Staff is amazing, special thanks to Robert bartender at the beach. There is always an umbrella and chairs available for you by the pool or at the beach. Food is really good quality at the buffet (you can actually order anything from the full menu they deliver to you on the beach - not every hotel offer this). The pool restaurant needs improvement - environment is good, but the menu has few options and small portions in my opinion. Room is very clean and new.

Liked most of the staff (although virtually no English, lucky I know a little Portuguese), the grounds and beach are nice and reception is nice. Rooms are a little tired l, the French doors did not even close properly, let alone keep out the noise or mozzies, and the place feels more like a holiday camp than a hotel, definitely not a 4* hotel. However, the staff are very hard working and pleasant and are a credit to the place. Was a little difficult to work everything out with so little English, although on the last day, it seemed all those who could speak English came back from holiday. The food is not great, but they have a good wine list. They did a lot of nice touches for Xmas and New Year. Very much a family oriented place and not so great for a couple. The tour company had no English speakers in the hotel, again I managed with limited Portuguese, but they forgot to pick us up for our day trip and we had to try and catch the coach up. Trips are only Portuguese or Spanish, apparently to arrange an English guide would cost extra (they say they speak your language, they don't). On the return transfer to the airport, the baggage ended up strewn along the road and it was only the quick thinking of a motorcyclist racing to catch up with the coach and attract his attention to stop, that meant the luggage got picked up and made it to the airport. Without the motor cyclist the luggage would have stayed at various points on the way to the airport and probably lost forever.

Nice place for a beautiful getaway
I went as a solo traveler (probably the only one in the entire resort) and had a lovely time. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Only downsides are that even with “meals included” you still have to pay if you want anything to drink. You get 1.5 L of water free on the first night and everything after that costs $$ . Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but after all day in the sun I still slept great. Bathroom could definitely be improved - the shower felt a little old (because it had grout in the tiles you could see the parts that looked a bit less than clean).

Excellent experience overall
We were wonderfully accommodated by all the staff members of the hotel. The check in was smooth and the front desk associate was eager to inform us about all the amenities of the resort. Our room was exceptionally clean with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were offered a hammock to hang on our balcony, which added a great relaxing way to lounge. The pools were warm and comfortable, but not very clean. I’d avoid all the corners of the pools as they seem to collect the most dirt. The service poolside and beach side was exceptional, and all the servers worked quickly and accurately. The food was pretty good and caipirinhas strong. The hotel offers an extensive concierge service and the lady we spoke with was absolutely phenomenal! We appreciated her assistance so much. Nearby you are able to access the Porto De Gallinhas Village- and I highly recommend you do so! Excellent experience overall.

The hotel is well located and the staff is super nice. It’s a very family oriented hotel. It’s like an average all inclusive in the Caribbean. The two major problems that we faced were: quality of the food at the buffet was not good and anothe problem was the WiFi that doesn’t work properly around the hotel. If we come back to Porto Galinhas we will try a different one.

Great resort hotel near Porto de Galinha. Wonderful breakfast, clean pools and beach service. The only negative point was that staff closed the pool before the posted time. It was very dangerous as they turned off the pool lights.

The reception team was always rude and not helpful. We paid for breakfast and dinner included and we regreted that. The food was not that good and there was always a big line. The dinner had the same food every night. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel not enough to make me want to come back
The hotel itself is very nice, grounds are nice but pools are cloudy and dirty. The beach is too rough to go into and everything is very expensive. They charged us R$55 to add the dinner buffet to the resveration for a guest then called the room 10 mins later saying they charged us the wrong price and that it was $65 and that we had to go to the front to pay the difference .. that alone left a sour taste in my mouth that they would call to ask for more money.
