就在札幌站旁邊，對面是朝市，根室花丸也在附近，房間較大，兩個行李箱打開也沒問題，早餐建議訂房時連早餐一拼購買，如果當天才買感覺不值那個價錢。 去大部份景點也很方便，步行也可到。 櫃檯人員服務態度也很好

全体的に清潔感があり居心地のいいホテルでした。 12階の展望ラウンジからは函館山まで見渡せて、無料サービスの美鈴珈琲をいただきながら優雅な時間を過ごせました。 大浴場はアメニティが充実していて、化粧水や乳液はもちろんですが、ヘアウォーターやボディクリームまであリました。ドライヤーがダイソンなのも嬉しかったです。 函館駅直結で土産屋や飲食店もたくさんあるので、とても便利でした。
