"The staff was very attentive from check in to check out even calling on my 1st night to inquire if I needed dinner reservations as the onsite restaurant was closed. Hotel.is located in an area that is accessible to many sites. My only advice would be open to changing your plans based on how many cruiselines are in port or rent a vehicle as taxis maybe difficult to get as on the days with 3-4 ships they prefer to make many trips with a full car from the port to activities to make their $$...cant blame the drivers but it makes coming off the mountain difficult "
