"Excellent hotel in prime location! Free bikes so you can explore more! Staff is super friendly gave me a little note and chocolate as well as a late check out so this was much appreciated as I had a late flight. We also had drinks at the Lyan bar which has funky vibes and great cocktails. There is also social hour from 4-5p with free wine or beer. It seems to be a popular place and was fully booked but staff did not seem rushed-they were kind to everyone! Will defo be back !"

"Room did not have counters, drawers, vanity or anywhere to put belongings. Breakfast had a good selection but the restaurant was chaotic and disorganized. Front desk staff and concierge were excellent. Great location restaurant staff delivered very poor service."
