"Loved this place! Sweet people. Helpful staff. I loved the neighborhood with it's architecture, tapas, wide range of price options. Easy to get taxis, too. AC was great; we actually got a little too cold and agreed to shut it off. I stayed in Room 3, all women, and everyone was respectful and kind. It’s a low-cost hostel so keep your expectations realistic. But if you just need a bed to sleep in while you explore Barcelona, and save your money for food and fun, this is a great place."

"We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future. "

"Staff were pleasant and helpful, the property location was ideal for all of the things we planned to do around Barcelona- the area itself is very walkable and around every corner was a new surprise whether a place to eat, to sit for a drink or to find some lovely music and dancing in one of the many squares. Also close to public transport for venturing further out. Our room was perfect- top floor corner with lots to see when relaxing in our room in between activities. 10/10 would stay again- our stay was absolutely magical."

"The roof top bar was expensive but the restaurant was very reasonable, we had a wonderful meal there. The breakfast was amazing. The staff are over the top helpful. The property is spotless. The gothic quarter is the best experiance. We were a party of 8, so we booked 4 rooms, every room was excellent."
