Lovely hotel, room was clean and spacious, only negative was no kettle in the room. Rooftop pool with amazing views but bar limited hours. Outside hotel slightly rough but short walk to La Rambla with plenty to do and see. Absolutely loved it and would definitely return.

Having read a few reviews on places in Barcelona, the theme of noise came up quite a lot. This is partly why we picked the Andante along with what looked like a clean, modern and well located hotel and we weren't disappointed. It was a lovely quiet hotel. Rooms and communal areas were bright and clean and the staff were helpful. The location is great - close to the metro, the Gothic quarter and the harbour. Travelling with two children, we had a family room where we could keep the doors open between the rooms. The beds were really comfortable and the facilities were great. The view from the pool is amazing, even if it was a little cold for swimming in April. The staff were really helpful and we were able to leave our luggage on the last day and use the hotel facilities up until the time of our flight. Would recommend this hotel to others looking to explore the city for a few days.

The room was incredibly small. Smaller than i anticipated for an easy priced room. Even though the terrance was included for this room i think the terrance was bigger than the room by squared footage. The neighborhood seems sketchier than la rambla main strip which is a couple block north, north west of andante. The security and staff were great. I got to admit i booked this room because of the roof top view of barcelona. I got some great pictures from the hotel pool. The angel of the view to the rest of the city was perfect with almost zero obstructing views.

The hotel was truly lovely, a fabulous room with lovely facilities, the rooftop pool and seating area is absolutely fantastic! The safe were so helpful and friendly and spoke perfect English, you feel so safe in the hotel they have a bag storage that has multiple locked doors to get through.

A pleasant stay with helpful staff, and very commendable ethos on sustainability. Very convenient for the Rambla. The only negative was to the look of the area around, particularly towards the harbour area, with a considerable number sleeping rough.
