"The ac went out in room called the front office to have it looked at and no one ever came to fix. There was a roach in the bathroom. And when i went to take a shower my first night there was a used bar of soap left in shower and things from the previous occupants. The bed sheets had what looked like died blood on them"

"In room 207, the HOT WATER for the sink is NOT good. The faucet moves & the hot water pressure isn't enough to shave a face comfortably. I had to use a very low pressure & the water wasn't hot enough.

Also, the cover for the bed had obvious burn holes from cigarettes. The room was humid and smelled musty, and it wasn’t completely clean. We found hair that wasn’t ours in the shower. It was convenient to get to, and the staff was friendly. I just wish it was cleaner. "
