"When I placed my laptop on the night stand near the window and used the ottoman for my mouse, I noticed a used plastic drink glass laying on the floor next to the bed support. We did not disturb it and just ignored it. I forgot to tell the front desk that it was there. May be the next room cleaners will find it. We did not use the bed that it was next to so we were not bothered by its presence only being there for one night. Otherwise the room was very clean. I just did not want the ones cleaning the room to think that we left it there."

"Nice entrance,very nice front desk staff,even cared to ask wht brought us to knoxville,made us feel welcomed. The room is BIG which is really nice and the bathroom is so spacious and clean! And the showers are nice!"

"Carpet dirty, I didn’t like that the rooms had an extra door to lead into the room on the other side. People wasting cereal in the hall near the stairs, gym was small and janky. I stayed at a comfort inn while in Irvine, Ca and it set the standard. Nice, clean, carpets clean, fresh bananas for breakfast, pool, nice gym. If you take the stairs on the bottom floor you will find next to the stairs old/ stripped ac units from rooms stacked up. One room on the first floor I saw had a broken window. It was cool. Just lowkey shabby. "
