"The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"

But they double booked the same room and we paid more and got the cheapest room available, I asked for a refund for the difference in price for the room but was denied was offered to cancel my booking or stay in the room, they did offer another room but not the one we paid for. They claimed the information about which room we paid for wasn't available to them, but later they agreed it was a mistake. But never refunded the difference which would...
