"The hotel is located in between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach. You can easily walk to Dewey and the Main Street area on a safe sidewalk. Walking to Regoboth would not be easy- due to lack of sidewalks and distance. Biking yes. The staff was very nice here. Rates the best for the area and DOG friendly. "

"Location is the prime benefit of this hotel, and a pool right on the Boardwalk is extra great. The restaurant/bar serves poolside so I’m going to be a regular here. The facilities are showing their age, but the owners are doing their best to maintain it. As beach hotels go, this one is better than most— but it’s no Hilton. "
