The entry and dining area are nice. The room was the smallest I have every stayed in. Other than TV, totally lacking in amenities. No hair dryer. No shampoo provided. No tissues. Unattractive room. Shower head needs to be replaced. No washcloth. Etc.

I didn't get the two bed that I check out. They gave me a one bed. When I was going upstairs. As I was walking to my room I noticedThe cleaning lady open my room to another lady because the lady said it was her room. But it's my room. Why would staff open a room without checking who room is it. Expedia should check hotels before showing them

Staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. Great location if you want to be close to center of town. Air conditioning was average, but seem to struggle keeping cool at all hours. Would stay there again. Close to bus terminal!
