Dormero, Rhine Valley hotels

Property is nice, or room was very large and comfortable and well equipped. Staff we encountered were mostly the front desk staff. None of them were warm and friendly but they were all fully competent and very effective at their jobs. So I can't say the service was great but neither can I say it wasn't. I guess very effective and business like. Room was very nice by Germany standards.

Room is clean and sound proof. Blessed with luxury bathroom brand, grown alchemist that recharge and rejuvenate you after a long day out. Overall, Tandem hotel is a great place to recover and rest after a day of exploring.

Hotel location is excellent. Near to old town Basel where there are many restaurants and shopping around. My family enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Also the service staff were very helpful. I forgot my mobile power bank and charger in the room, the hotel staff was very kind to help post the items to my next hotel of stay. Kudos to them!

people are very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is contrmporary with walk in overhead shower . Best bathroom so far . Breakfast is goid with varierty .

An absolute dream property with very high standards of luxury and hospitality alike. Truly a five star experience with wonderfully personal service provided by all staff members. Fantastic breakfast, great rooms with super luxurious bathrooms and tasteful furnishings. Definitely worth a visit and stay - highly recommended.

Lovely little hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms very clean. A little bit quirky layout and definitely only 2 pax - asides from this, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights. It is a comfortable and cosy hotel, in an excellent location, literally close to everyplaces. While depending on which staff you met, the front desk service was most friendly and helpful (at least 4 out of 5 staff we met were friendly). The breakfast selection was good but it remained identical for the entire 4 days of our accommodation.

I was very pleased with the accommodation as it was very convenient - friendly reception, close to the trams, with eating options and a supermarket a few doors down. The breakfast was also pretty good. The one thing that confused me slightly was taking the tram from SBB station and alighting at Messeplatz. It was not obvious to me where the hotel was from google map!
