We didn't actually stay at this hotel as the lifts were not working and the manager changed our hotel when we arrived.

Pannello doccia rotto,quasi nulla la roba x igiene,televisore trascurato senza che si vedano i canali,balcone senza stendino ne fili x appendere la roba bagnata. In compenso colazione ricchissima e buonissima,personale di sala molto attento. Eccellente.

Leider war das Mobiliar teilweise in schlechtem Zustand und der im Zimmer vorhandene Fernseher konnte nicht ohne eigenen Steckeradapter verwendet werden. Für die Anreise mit eigenem PKW ist die eingeschränkte Parkplatzsituation vor Ort zu berücksichtigen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und nett.

Godt til overnatning
Tæt på stranden. Lidt træls der skal betales for at parkeres på deres plads. Det værelse vi boede på med udsigt indtil nabobygningen, kunne godt trænge til en mindre modenisering. Der var en god aircondition, men manglede et køleskab. Der var rengøring hverdag, hvor sengen blev redt og håndklæderne blev skiftet hvis de var smidt på gulvet. Morgenmaden er typisk italiensk. Hotellet er fint til overnatning, men ikke meget andet, der kan købes vand i receptionen og WiFi er ikke eksisterende.

Non ci sono rampe per i passeggini, camera molto sporca con molte parti rotte, fili scoperti ( ci doveva essere il telefono ma non c'era) , cassetti dell'armadio che non si aprono, tubo doccia rotto, ruggine nella doccia e nel terrazzo, colazione pessima, piatti sporchi e posate sporche a colazione, personale non adeguato alle esigenze dei clienti, parcheggiate fuori dall'hotel che si trova parcheggio non a pagamento

Non valutabile, riceviamo un messaggio la mattina del nostro arrivo che ci comunica che il nostro soggiorno era stato spostato in un altro albergo del gruppo a causa di problemi. Stanza veramente piccola per 4 con letto castello. Dalle foto speravamo in una vista mare invece era interna alla strada. Avevamo scelto l'altro albergo per una comodità rispetto al lungomare

Hotel direkt am Stand! Ruhige Lage, Zimmer ist etwas klein aber ausreichend. Dusche ist etwas eng, schöner Balkon, Parkplatz etwas eng aber man kommt rein, Tür hat unten einen kleinen Abstand weshalb man die „Nachbarn“ auf dem Flur öfters mal hört, Klima Anlage top, Personal sehr hilfreich. Für den Preis gut.

Avana Hotel ottimo soggiorno
Ho soggiornato con mia figlia che ha partecipato alle gare di ballo Fids alla Fiera di Rimini. Il servizio è stato ottimo ed eccellente la disponibilità a fornirci la colazione al mattino prima del tempo stabilito, vista l'esigenza di andare via alle ore 7.00. Camere pulite, personale gentilissimo a tenerci in frigo cibo e in freezer le tavolozze di ghiaccio da borsa frigo.

Parkplatz war grauenhaft und mangelhaft. Schlüssel soll man abgeben so das die Mitarbeiter dein Auto weg fahren können, weil der Parkplatz zu klein ist. Die Schlüssel werden nicht markiert zum Zimmer und sie werden nicht gesichert aufbewahrt. Nur in einer Schachtel und wenn man sein Schlüssel brauch soll man ihn selber in der Kiste raus suchen. Zusätzlich hatten wir Pech mit Nachbarn über uns aber das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Sie hatten Klimaanlage, das wur gut.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per una settimana, per le gare di ginnastica di mia figlia, personale molto gentile soprattutto Michela e angelo, sempre molto gentili e disponibili e pazienti con la mia piccola , buona pulizia nelle stanze e nell' albergo soprattutto si sentiva il profumo di pulito.colazione molto abbondante e con molta varietà di cibo ,aria condizionata nelle stanze e ottimi balconcini per rilassarsi qualche oretta con il rumore del mare.
