"Great hotel & location "

"The room was exceptionally clean "

"1) The staff at the reception were very nice. 2) The train tracks were so close to our room, and yet you could not hear the trains passing by. The window insulation was so good. I couldn't even hear the planes as they flew. What I didn't like was that the bed was on wheels, and it kept sliding away from the headboard whenever I moved. That wasn't very pleasant. "

"We only had an overnight stay with a relatively early checkout (7am), breakfast was good price and much cheaper and easier than the terminal 2 restaurants. Room was very quiet. Short walk to T2 . Used jetparks3 parking and jet2 twilight check in which was all good and all close together "

"We had never been out of the country and the staff was helpful giving ideas on where would be best to go as well as directions and options for transportation. They were helpful throughout our entire stay. "
