My personal experience was ok for the time that I was there. Above all the hang ups one could have with this hotel I can comfortably say it’s perfect for anyone traveling to Rio for carnaval like I was. This hotel has a lot of room for improvement, but I’d say my stay was okay!

Whomever categorized this hotel as 4 starts needs to be fired, 2 stars at best…..Elevators malfunctioned, no lighting in hallways, need a flaslight to find room number…. Room was infested with crawling and flying insects…. Horrible experience, will definitely never return.

We liked that there was secure parking for our car. The size of the room was sufficient. There were several places to eat around the area. Most of the staff was friendly. Some were quite rude. The language barrier was periodically an issue. Only some of the staff spoke English and Spanish. When you call reception or room service they never answered. You have to go speak to the reception desk in person. We stayed at the hotel 7 days and the breakfast was the same every single day. The internet was super spotty. There was no refrigerator in the room or hair dryer. I asked for a hair dryer and it never arrived. When I asked again hours later, they said they must have all been borrowed. There was only two regular sheets on the bed and the bottom sheet kept coming off. There was no blanket or comforter. The lighting in the room was horrible. It made it very difficult to see.

The area is the worse in Rio. The beds were dirty. Even semen on the couch. Management didn’t tried at all to help. Hotels.com Did not protect me at all. All in all, the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The property is conveniently located, very clean and nice but the service and internet needs improvement. We asked for additional linen and towels and it took them hours to bring them. I know they were fully booked but it shouldn’t have taken that long. The internet was super slow. We were on the 10th floor.

Very nice hotel i was honestly impressed as i had stayed at hotel alantico tower the nights before this. the only thing that was displeasing was the slow checkin/checkout process. they dont have enough people working the counter its always a 30-45 min wait to be able to check in or out.

Property Was in a very Rough area , that is what you can expect for the price you pay , No room service , just water and sodas early during the day dont expect to ask for wate late at night , towels had Hair from previous Stays , BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR TOWELS HERE 3 TIMES TOWELS CAME WITH HAIR NOT JUST A SMALL HAIR IT WAS A BALL OF HAIR TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE

Em um geral foi bom, uma pena o hotel não fornecer máscaras, uma hóspede que estava comigo tinha perdido a dela, e ela foi impedida de tomar o café da manhã. Ela precisou sair para comprar uma. O frigobar não funcionava, segundo o hotel, não estava incluso no quarto mas também não havia nada no quarto dizendo que não funcionava. A limpeza do quarto muito boa, as meninas que arrumaram são legais e super prestativas.

Unfriendly staff, tried calling the hotel several times prior my arrival, no one answered, early check in was available but I had to pay, even though I paid I didn’t get 3 single beds as how it was reserved, room was dirty, peeling wall paper, dirty walls, sheets stained, needed to get extra blankets, area around not safe.

O apartamento estava sujo, com restos sobre os lençóis, sem cobertas e com o interfone quebrado. Ao me dirigir para a recepção fui informado que a camareira faria a limpeza imediatamente. Após 1:30h de espera, incomunicável, tive que descer novamente e somente após uma grande confusão na recepção fui transferido de quarto.

The room was disgusting! Very dirty... bedbugs and bugs in the shower.. I complain to the front desk about the bedbugs and the bugs in the shower… They move my room… The second room they gave me still had bugs in the shower on the ceiling, the refrigerator was plugged in but the cooling coil‘s that makes refrigerator cold were taken out of the refrigerator so basically the fridge raider was useless. I made complaints about the second room I called hotels.com for help hotels.com decide to call them and tell them that I checked out which was untrue. I told hotels.com that I want a new room .. and after all this complaining nothing was done. And then at check out… This is my favorite part… They tell me that I owe them an extra money … Because hotels.com price their room to low .… I will never book a hotel.com again I will never stay at this hotel again , worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life

The location around the property is full of graffiti. The hotel is always crowded and 1 out of 3 elevators are working. The beds themselves are old and the mattresses are shaped like a hammock because of their use and age. There were no snacks provided in the supposed snack bar in the room, not even water available. There is no onsite parking, so it was very difficult and stressful to be dealing with this issue whilst trying to check-in. Overall, I will not stay in this hotel again.

1. Two elevators out of three were broken for more than half of my stay. 2. Refrigerator was broken during my entire stay in the room. 3. Staff do not follow COVID safety protocol. Not wearing masks or changing gloves during cleanups. 4. EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL SUPERVISOR. Made derogatory remarks about my guest's physical appearance in front of 20 something people waiting in reception. Entire time he was screaming. He also asked me for 100 reals. If my guest does not stay overnight why do you ask for money?? Then when I point out all the problems in his hotel, he tried to return the money. Which I refused to take back anyways. The Supervisor also told me if I dont like his hotel why do I stay in his establishment??? Really thats what you say to a paying guest? I Checked out of the hotel same night and booked my rest of the 4 nights stay with another hotel. VERY RUDE. 5. Their payment processing system does not even work properly in the reception. They are forcing people to use their in house ATM, so they can extract more money from people during check out. Terrible. The only negative experience I had in my entire 8 days trip was from this hotel.

Existe uma demanda gigantesca para este estabelecimento. Recepção sobrecarregada com a alta rotatividade de hóspedes, impossível cumprir horários dos compromissos com a morosidade do atendimento. Aproveitanto o espaço, gostaria de mencionar a presença de várias baratas e insetos no meu quarto. Fiz o registro com o meu celular. O quarto não possui frigobar, ou seja, caso queiram guardar mantimentos não haverá possibilidade. Precisei solicitar na recepão um copo para tomar meu remédio matinal porque não tinha copo no quarto. Precisei ligar para a recepção para solicitar toalhas e cobertas, pois também não tinha no quarto. Até aí tudo bem, mas fiquei 30 minutos até que algúem me atendeu. Por isso menciono no início a alta demanda na recepção do hotel. Por fim, decepção total. Não indico a estada neste estabelacimento.

Não faz3m faxina, só arrumam o lençol e trocam as toalhas. Fiquei quase duas semanas. Box do banheiro cheio de mosquitos. Lixeiras fedidas (não lavam nem substituem os sacos plásticos, apenas retiram o conteúdo do lixo). Academia com 3 esteiras, mas 2 estão quebradas. O aparelho multifuncional da academia também está quebrado. Não possuem gerente para atender as reclamacoes e não atendem ao telefone. Bairro sujo e perigoso de noite. Tem opções muito melhores por este preço no centro do Rio.

Hotel com entrada muito bonito, mais os problemas apareceram ja na recepção, o estacionamento que afirmou ter era cobrado 57 reais e nao tinha vaga, fui direcionado a outro estacionamento mais barato 45 reais que fica uns 250 meteos do hotel. Apenas um atendente, muito educado e solicito tanto o do dia quanto o da noite. Solicitei uma toalha e 2 cobertores, me foram entregue a toalha e 2 cobertores limpos porem todo rasgado. O apartamento ao lado ficou durante uns 30 minutos fazendo barulho e batendo na parede, e meu quarto recebwndo todo o som. Quarto com muitos focos de mofo( banheiro principalmente), ducha excelente, na tv nao se consegue acessar YouTube, o telefone do quarto com problema tive que descer até a recepção para fazer uma solicitação. Vafe da manhã muito bom, porem tem a opcao de pedir café no quarto( 45 reais), mais o solicitante tem que descer para escolher o que vai comer. Minha nota final é 7 e volto na esperanca de que esses pequenos problemas teham sido sanados

スタッフは非常に優秀で、素晴らしい滞在ができました。公共交通の利用に不安があったので、1日ツアーの手配とサンバカーニバルのチケットも奇跡的にゲット！地元の人とサンバのリズムにのって、朝まで頑張り堪能しました。一生に一度の宝物でした。 部屋のボトル水は有料で気づかず1本開けてしまい、高くついたのが残念。チェックインして、テレビが不調だとフロントに伝えたところ、専門の人が修理してくれ、完璧なリオデジャネイロタイムを楽しめました！　　　　　　　　　　　近くに大きなスーパーもあり、フルーツやデザート、ドリンクも調達しやすく、おすすめ。周りに気軽な食堂があり、行ってみたかったのですが、スケジュール的難し心残りです。
