В спальне нах сплит система. Пультов НЕТ! Хозяева на запросы не отвечают. Обьясняем, что очень холодно, жить невозможно, малышка заболеет - никакой реакции! К нашему прибытию нас никто не ждал. "We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). Would we re-book if we were...

"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

"De eigenaren waren niet altijd goed telefonisch bereikbaar. Daarintegen werd alle info zowel via de mail als via whatsapp verstuurd, wat erg prettig werkt. De B&B ligt perfect gelegen met openbaar vervoer richting centrum op een minuut afstand. Naast de B&B is een supermarkt. Er was een keuken, maar geen ontbijt. Dat moet je zelf maken. Dit was voor ons niet duidelijk. De kamer was erg net en schoon. En ik zou het aanbevelen."
