"My biggest issue was, it looks that they don’t vacuum the floor, women’s hair was all over the place and was not part where you don’t find a hair. Also both doors for the restroom were not closing and was really uncomfortable to be there and everyone see. "

"Siempre me gusta quedarme en este Hotel por su buen servició al cliente, en esta ocasión me dieron en el piso 5to y no el 6to como siempre y se supone que soy cliente VIP, desayuno en esta ocasión no se que pasó y no me dieron el mismo trato, el baño no estaba muy limpio y fueron 2 veces a limpiar y siguió igual sin limpiarlo."

"No muy buena esta vez teniamos problemas con las llaves del sawer y tambien con las llaves de entrada ala abitacion todos los dias teniamos problemas para abrir. Subir y bajar cada rato para k activaran las llaves para poder entrar es una gran lata"
