"Check in desk and staff at front desk were incredibly helpful. Villas were clean and well stocked. Nice grounds. Beds comfortable. And ac worked great. Need more staff, care and rules that are enforced at the pools-Babies in hot tubs and people playing their speakers at the pool competing music prevailed was problematic and did not make it enjoyable or restful. As well as in the villas with folks playing loud music from their car speakers for hours. And smoking in non smoking locations like under my balcony or next to my balcony. I was told it was non smoking resort but not the case. Need better ground security and rules ti be enforced"

"very nice hotel. it is a historic hotel with no elevators so you have to know what to expect. rooms are very nice, finished very nicely with great views of lake wallenpaupack. little nice touches like champagne toast at sunset, evening firepits with smores, ect. if you are looking for a big resort type hotel, stay away from lake wallenpaupack all together. this is a very nice, historic, clean (with a few cobwebs) and friendly hotel with great charm and awesome views."

"It was a nice room - we needed the space traveling with children. My son was so disappointed by the arcade/play room - he was looking forward to being there but said it was horrible. Pool was nice. Front desk was nice. Overall ok. Could use some updating and nicer pool towels - overall a good place to stay."

"This charming little motel is in a very convenient location and is extremely well maintained. Rates are reasonable, the room was spotless and the amenities were way beyond what I had a right to expect. I arrived very late in the evening and Melanie made it easy to check in quickly and was very kind and helpful. The property surrounding the motel is very pretty, too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property."

"We stayed here for one night, just a stop on our way through for a motorcycle trip. The check in process was easy and the woman at the front desk was friendly even though it was late (around 10pm). we were pleasantly surprised with how clean the rooms were and the overall setup and updates of the room was nice. Windows on both sides of the room and in the bathroom too which I liked. The bed was comfortable enough but a little on the hard side for my taste. There are a lot of food options near and Walmart is just down the road. My only complaint is just that you can hear the road noise from the highway. Usually it doesn't bother me and helps me go to sleep but its a heavy trucking road so when a truck has a bad tire you definitely hear it. Overall our stay was great for what we needed it for and would do it again."
