"Really enjoyed our stay at this charming Inn. We stayed in the top floor unit which was a large two bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Large living room and dining area. The staff at both check in and at the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Was not cheap but was a lot of room for the money. "LOVED this motel — it just had everything you could need! Easiest self check-in process (text upon arrival for code to key), which was perfect for me since I didn’t know when I’d arrive. No hot water in shower this morning, but otherwise perfect — cute room, mini toiletries, microwave, fridge, ironing board, even a steamer and great TV! Just what a needed for a 1 night stop on a work trip."

"A wonderful place! A tastefully decorated clean, big, bright, and airy room with good quality bath products and plenty of towels. The staff were excellent - very responsive and helpful. It was easy to access the room. The bedding was super soft and comfy. Plenty of parking. Nicely situated by the river. A great breakfast option just across the roady the “Hungry Goat” (delicious food). Excellent! Would definitely go back to the Drift House."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Appalachian Hotel at Mountain Creek. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was also very clean, well maintained, and safe for children. There are two hot tubs next to the pool, as well as a sauna, which made the stay even more relaxing. Parking is free for hotel guests, which was very convenient. The only downside is that the nearby restaurants close quite early, and there are very limited late-night dinner options either inside the hotel or in the surrounding area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for families."

"This charming little motel is in a very convenient location and is extremely well maintained. Rates are reasonable, the room was spotless and the amenities were way beyond what I had a right to expect. I arrived very late in the evening and Melanie made it easy to check in quickly and was very kind and helpful. The property surrounding the motel is very pretty, too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property."

"View was beautiful! But no deck! There aren’t many decks!! Comfortable bed ! TV didn’t seem to work right ! Also we had a jacuzzi in our room that was a little hard to use but that could have been me!!! The room was really nice! If you’re a lake person it’s a beautiful spot! Lots of boats! Fun for kids! Two pools separated! Adult & kids! A plus!"
