"always a good stay, great staff "

"The staff was welcoming."

"The building was probably beautiful in its hay day. There was no real lighting on the outside of the building. The carpets definitely need replaced in the lobby. There were homeless people sleeping on the couches as part of a state program, which is great! Wish this was happening in other places. But it does seem to be keeping business from what was probably a nice hotel. Pet friendly so that’s really nice. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading. Real “Shinning” vibes from this place."

"The worker would not allow access to the pool area although they stated it was open when my husband tried to go swim with our daughter the worker told him only i checked in so he couldn't swim ! Once i showed him the reservation made with 2 adults he then stated he couldn't swim because the pool didn't open till 3 pm ! Also saw cockroach in the bathroom of the room and what looked to be dry dog poop in the carpet !! Nasty experience overall !!"

"The room was clean- great bed and pillows and linens- great extra large tv - large clean bathroom - lots of towels - nice quite room- check in was easy - nice lobby and staff- the breakfast was great - this was our 3rd stay and everyone was great "

"Excellent stay. Kids enjoyed the pool for abit. Nice setup for breakfast with variety of choices. Was nice for a quick one night stay. "

"It wasn’t clean. The staff had a nasty attitude, and they had the nerve to ask for a deposit. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to stay there."
