"There was no hotbtub like you advertised. My room was full of ants covering the tv stand. That was a problem. Not happy with false advertising. Was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Very disappointing. "

"Nothing was clean. Walls has weird and gross blobs. We didn’t expect much on a busy weekend but I wasn’t prepared to feel so grossed out at everything. Sunday night looked slightly better but the elevator floor was not mopped at all (layers of dirt and things stuck to it- super gross) but the hallway floor leading to the elevator was cleaned. Things were dusty and the curtains were falling off the hooks. Years of basic sheets changing and vacuuming without any deep cleaning will add up to a lot of neglected and dirty details. It just felt like the family running it wants to keep the lobby clean to trick you into thinking everything is fine, it doesn’t care enough about guests to try to keep the property clean."

"There was no complementary coffee available this morning when I get ready to leave. I tried to buy coffee from the bistro and I could not use a credit card. They only took cash or a charge to your room and I’d already checked out. This is super inconvenient and furthermore due to the price of the room and a price of a cup of coffee. I think it’s reasonable to offer that complementary coffee."

"Very comfortable bed & pillows. Good TV, but weak wi-fi. Noisy heater/air conditioner. Sheer window curtains were in shreds & need replacing; some chipped furniture also. Odd smell in hallway & in room. The hotel overall could use some sprucing up. Very minimal amenities. Breakfast okay, but less options than other hotel chains in this same category (only hot option is waffle-maker). Good parking on-site & hotel is easy to get to from highway and is close to downtown Chelsea."
