"Our room was facing the street, no balcony. It is a very quiet area. The pool has a warm temperature. The staff were wonderful people. There is a supermarket but you need to take a taxi 70 pesos or a bus 12 pesos. Downton is a 15 minutes walk, lots of restaurants. Lots of stores like 7/11 called Oxxo close to the hotel. There's a small mall across the street with some restaurants. If you want to go to Puerto Vallarta you can take the bus is about 30 minutes drive 24 pesos or you can go to Sayulita which is 20 minutes drive for about the same price. "

"We had an ocean view and it was great! Pool side burger was a 10/10 Swim up bar, use Jesus, 10/10 every time This place has a little something for everyone. You want entertainment - they have it, you want sports - they have it, you want to be lazy - they will support you in that too. We were there during “dark sunday” and we were safe. The crew there made you feel like everything was business as usual. They all did a great job and I did my best to try and be a bright face for them as well. Things I wish I knew before my last day: 1) Apparently we could have ordered a different pillow 2) the buffet has a featured item that isn’t on the buffet line 3) can’t use cash to pay for “premium menu” items at restaurants Loved this place, the painting crew (Daniel I think) was awesome, animations crew was great! I’m sure I’ll be back! "

"Location of resort is great - safe, walkable and swimmable beach. Quiet location, beautiful scenery. Facilities are excellent and the layout of the resort makes for a relaxing experience. Our room was very nice - although we did have a problem on check-in that we were given a 2 double bed room when we'd specifically requested a king bed room. This was corrected the next day and we moved rooms for the duration of the stay."
