Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias, A Trademark All Inclusive

"The facility was full and they closed the adult pool and sitting areas. Many times closed 2 other pool areas. Thousands of children, no where for adults. We have been there before. Marked deterioration from last time . Quality of food way down, entertainment cut backs. When we arrived, nothing in our room worked. Air conditioning, lamps, safe , all broken. Had to wait for repairs. So full we could not be moved to another room until next day. People having to put towels on grass. Beach area good, Italian and Mexican specialty restaurants good. Tennis court conditions terrible, no maintenance at all. Staff appeared overworked. Adult pool area closed the entire 8 days we were there. Breakfast ok, but buffets awful, food reheated day after day. I had no idea e Why the place was overrun with children during school semester. We will not t Return and we live in Mexico."

"Very nice room and views. Loved the main pool and ocean was easily accessible and nice for swimming. Staff was nice, room service was quick. Only negative was the food was prehistoric ok everywhere and they had barely any Mexican options. Couldn’t even get a quesadilla anywhere or tacos/guac to the room, instead they had things like burgers & chicken wings. Even the Mexican restaurant was unusual options, Italian restaurant was decent and I didn’t try “Silk” (Asian) but friends staying there said that was the best one"

"It was OK. Food was good overall and pool was nice and well maintained. That said, hotels.com advertises $400 for use in the hotel and that was one of the main drivers for choosing this hotel vs others. Upon arrival it turns out it is 16 $25 coupons WHEN YOU SPEND $100. Coupons can't be used together so they are almost useless. The breakfast got super crowded due to being 1 restaurant for the whole hotel. And they were very unflexible with dinner reservations."

"Highly recommend this property. We were very impressed with the cleaniness. 3 minute walk to the beach entrance. short walk to all other restraunts. Very quiet. They had complimentory coffee and filtred water in the lobby."
