"It's such a little thing, but I missed several elevator rides because there is no chime when the car doors open in front of you. If you're not paying close attention (like me) you will miss the opportunity to get on. Besides that little inconvenience, everything was wonderful. The entire staff was so attentive!"

"We encountered issues with our door key not functioning properly. When we approached the front desk for assistance, the attendant was rude and informed us that the problem was caused by keeping our key card too close to our phone. Subsequently, maintenance came to our room but could not get the key to work either. As a solution, they had to access the room next to ours and climb over the wall to reach our patio in order to unlock the door from the inside."
