"Loved the wildlife and nature trails! Food was delicious and there were so many options and places to stop. The Lazy river was our favorite, they have inner tubes there but you can buy pool floats at the store too. Unfortunately like most of Eastern Mexico the beach was shut down due to seaweed. If you are a Ultimate Leisure Club member the Club Beach was cleared and the water was mostly swim able. Make sure to get the App and use the interactive map, would suggest taking the shuttle/carts around so you get a feel for the layout and where everything is. If you have a stroller or WheelChair there are a few paths with stairs so you’ll have to find an alternate route. Staff are super friendly and concierge are located through out the buildings so they are very accessible."

"Our overall vacation was excellent. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. All was clean and the facilities are great. The only thing we found a little less than our expectations was that some evening entertainment had additional charges and the buffet was largely the same each day, although the food was really good. Despite the sargassum problem the beach was well kept. We are likely to return. "
