"Only reason I’m rating staff 3 is because on my check out date restaurant crew supervisor wanted to charge for breakfast knowing it was included in our stay. Then he refuse to serve products on menu stating items were not included on our package although we were served those items our other days. Even though items were clearly listed on all inclusive MENU."

"Wonderful stay! Zero complaints and plan to return again and again! Beautiful, small apartment hotel close to the beach, 7-11 right down the road. Phase two going up right next door. Expect some construction noise during the day. A car is highly recommended (mine was essentially free with stay through Orbitz - I only paid for insurance). Room had everything I needed - stocked kitchen (only thing I would recommend is a microwave), gorgeous bathroom, plunge pool, comfy bed (I’d recommend a mattress protector) - just beautiful. Property is stunning and pool is warm and beautiful. Property communicated great through WhatsApp and sent recommendations for beach clubs, cenotes, etc. Tulum airport was a complete breeze - through customs in 10 minutes. Loved this stay.
