"For the price, Colorbox is a good option to stay close to Tulum (the hotel is located15 km north of the city), the Maya ruins of Coba, and various beaches. It's clean and no frills (no closet or dresser, or even a single hook). You get a clean and comfortable bed and a good shower with hot water. When I was finally given a bed the room was dirty, the bathroom moldy, and the sheets had a very strong smell that made me itchy.
