This place was amazingly beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating, generous, friendly, and attentive. The property was immaculate. The cenote was spectacular, crystal clear, perfectly located, and had a live DJ on a daily basis. (not too loud and helped create the perfect ambiance) The room was very chic and had everything you need. Hotel Shibari far exceeded our expectations.If you want a centrally located place to stay near amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches don't hesitate, book now :)

The place is so beautiful, cenote and music really relaxing and the spa is a must. The food at the restaurant is great, service can be improved. Butler service was not intrusive just on point and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Shibari. The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush and well-kept gardens, and the patio built around the cenote is gorgeous. Our breakfasts were delicious and ample.
