"We traveled with the entire family and at the check in desk, they accommodated us to have side by side rooms which was a great help overall. The report is great, fun, and safe. Definitely recommend this report if you have small kids. My children wanted to be with us, so we didn't have them at the Kids Club but during shows, the Club still included our children, so they didn't feel left out. The food was great with the Akumal's buffet being rotated every day. It felt like you were eating a new entre every night. My only negative comment is that they close the pool at 6PM when the sun is still out. I understand that dinner is starting, and they want to have their guests who are eating on the balcony not be disturbed with pool play, but pool could be open till at least 7PM. Other than that, we loved this resort we booked Bahia Principe in Dominican Republic in the fall."

"Overall very satisfied with the property. Many different areas to spend the day at depending on what mood and vibe you are looking for. Lots of activities during the day and night around the pool and in the theater. Buffet was very good. Lots of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A la carte dinners lacked a bit. Expected more from the Mediterranean restaurant. Japanese and the Grande Tortuga were average. Definitely felt safe walking around and staff always made us feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend this property. "

"This is the most romantic hotel I have ever been to, It’s so relaxing, Everything is so pretty and it makes you feel connected to the jungle and the sea The only challenging thing was that there Weren’t any lights in the bedroom, which is nice to disconnect and have a different experience, but after two nights with no light it isn’t that much fun. Still, I will go again many times, Highly recommend"
