"Breakfast was ok not much of an option on hot food"

"Breakfast was fresh and parking was fine. However, the amenities were not. The pool was not available and the television did not work in our room. I tried talking to staff several times but they could not resolve the issue. Lastly, the best thing is after sharing my issues with the friendly desk clerk in the morning she made sure that I got a refund. My children really wanted to swim and watch television. "

"We stopped last minute and this hotel had rooms available. We had our furbaby with us so it was important to choose a hotel that welcomed pets and not at an expensive rate. The room was very comfortable and Loretta (the clerk) was very nice! The only detriment was a small hole in one of the bedspreads and there was a lot of smoking going on outside a few doors down. The room itself was comfortable. "

"The lady that checked us in was the best! Parking is convenient. The room we had was decent the floors seem dirty on the carpet and tile was sticky. The phone in the room worked but you had to hold the cord a certain way for it to work. Also the Wi-Fi was such a pain to get my son's ps5 to connect. Did get it to work but you can only have one device hooked to the wifi at a time. "
