Bags of mini muffins were brought out and bottles of Apple juice. In the evening when taking my shower, the handle came off in my hand. When attempting to use the television it would turn on but it would not allow you to select anything in order to watch any kind of programming. The staff could care less about any of these situations."

"We loved the privacy of this place. Parking code required, room excellent, no stall on sight, but available if needed. Private patio, left locked bike outside with no problems. Birds/fountains/flowers. Only issue was not enough food places within walking distance."

"We arrived. Front desk was friendly and efficient. But. There was hair in the bathtub and the room was mostly dark. The two nightstand lamps did not work. They had to send an engineer to fix them, which went fast. No room service next day. Room service on the third day made one bed and left the second one unmade. And the bathroom has a motion detector that turns the lights on when you walk in. FULL BRIGHTNESS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. IT HURTS THE EYES. You cannot turn the detector off. Chatgpt advised to put a dark cover on the motion detector. Next time travel with dark tape. "

"Walked in the door and the floor had food crumbs all over it. Our suite consisted of a couch very old, a red chair that was so dirty. I wouldn’t even let the dog on it and a table. OK, I’m doing my review for the last one the walls in the bedroom had pencil marks from someone’s child drawing on the wall that hadn’t been cleaned off. The bathroom wall underneath the light switch and down the wall was dirty as well as the carpet in the bedrooms also had stuff on the floor."
