"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our luggage was delayed for the duration of the stay here but the concierge made all efforts to try and track it down. Facilities are great especially for kids. Definitely be back at some point. "

" Very well built hotel, good aesthetics from the rooms to the hotels Good variety of restaurants to dine from Staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of Shout out to Rishi and Durgesh at the various restaurants Tisha and Yashesh at the Lux Cafe made us good cuppas Housekeeping was there twice a day, made sure you always came to a clean room. The spa is really good as well, masseuses who know what they’re doing. Only negative I would say that it’s far away, if you want to go to visit Port Louis it’ll take atleast 45 mins to an hour. "

"Staff members have been so friendly and kind. First class service. We stayed for four nights in a junior beach front room facing the sea. The room was excellent; sea view awesome; four swimming pools; fabulous entertainment every night. The cleaning team (Reagan) was so efficient and ensured that our room was cleaned every day. The staff at the Citronelle restaurant were also very kind and helpful. ( Sweetie, Nisha, Mr Saheye, the lady who did our poached eggs every day The chefs were so friendly ) they all ensured that our stay was fab. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was awesome. We also met the HR assistant manager Darren who gave us a warm welcome and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Memorable stay. We would like to visit again. Highly recommended. "

"Absolutely amazing stay . The suite was amazing with 2 larges rooms and 1 large bathroom and 1 shower room which was great as we could stay all together mother Dad and 20 years old son . The restaurants are absolutely great and staff look after you in good manners . Food is fresh. I must say they have the best fruits to offer on daily basics. Mauritius food is the best and I will recommamd anyone to try . A special thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable. "The property had just reopened after renovations. The pool area was very nice and comfortable and warm even on a windy day. The staff went the extra mile and obviously have tremendous pride in their jobs and the property. Two weeks sped by very quickly and we were all very sad to leave. Will definitely be going back."
