"This is a very nice place to stay. It is clean & comfortable. It does not have the complementary breakfast, but makes up for that in all the other amenities it provides. Quiet & in a very good area for shopping & eating. Shuttle to Mayo Clinic is very good too. We recommend it to all who are having to be here for long stays or short.

"The heated underground parking was wonderful in the cold weather. We used the kitchen in our room for several meals. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is street construction around the building, but unloading and loading are still easy. The shuttle was very convenient, although it doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday."

"The Berkman is a very modern hotel. Wonderful for short or long term stays. Rooms are well insulated, you don’t hear your neighbors. We had a one bedroom suite. Very nice kitchen facilities, fully equipped. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice balcony. Dog friendly, sixth floor has a dog relief area and even a dog bath.

Needs: faucet handles Tightened on both the sink and the tub. Refrigerator not cooling. Freezer seems to freeze though.
Prime location next to Starbucks and Taco Bell. Walking distance to super Walmart (3 blocks).
