"The Hotel was Great. Everything we expected from being here before. The ONLY knock I’d give is, after being here for 4 days and spending what we did, I asked for a slightly longer checkout on departure day as our train didn’t leave for another 2 hours. The standard answer is 1 hour extra, after that we charge for a late check out. It was NOT that busy and I know for a fact the room we had was not looked at during that time. I just wish that Manage would empower the staff to think and apply reasonable sense to customer service requests. Just not the way it’s done anymore?? I totally understand if the hotel was soooo booked and needed the space ASAP it would be the case. "

"Such a peaceful stay tucked away in the mountains. First time staying off the main drag and we were worried about accessibility however there’s a bus stop right across from the lodge. Being away from the hustle and bustle was just what we needed. We will be back. "

"Special shout out to Brian. He was doing some snow shovelling one morning recently and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond in the area we were parked and really put our experience over the top. He is an absolute gem of an employee; friendly and easy to talk to. In a resort town with so many options of places to stay, its employees like him that will keep us coming back. Thanks Brian, for the extra shovelling one morning.
