"The Hotel was Great. Everything we expected from being here before. The ONLY knock I’d give is, after being here for 4 days and spending what we did, I asked for a slightly longer checkout on departure day as our train didn’t leave for another 2 hours. The standard answer is 1 hour extra, after that we charge for a late check out. It was NOT that busy and I know for a fact the room we had was not looked at during that time. I just wish that Manage would empower the staff to think and apply reasonable sense to customer service requests. Just not the way it’s done anymore?? I totally understand if the hotel was soooo booked and needed the space ASAP it would be the case. "

"Such a peaceful stay tucked away in the mountains. First time staying off the main drag and we were worried about accessibility however there’s a bus stop right across from the lodge. Being away from the hustle and bustle was just what we needed. We will be back. "
