Room was a little tired, no coffee or tea, slippers or robes. Did not appreciate the note on the fridge that indicated not to put anything in it, that is only for hotel mini bar items. Staff were mostly indifferent although not rude. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are a little tired and could use updating, bed is very hard. No robes, slippers, coffee or tea in room. I did not appreciate the note on the fridge asking guests not to use it for "outside" food or drinks. Staff were mostly indifferent.

Boutique hotel in a great location that is walkable to Fontana di Trevi / Spanish Steps, surrounded by subway and multiple bus lines (which is life saver in the hot Rome). The staff are polite and very helpful. Even before my arrival they helped call a famous local restaurant that only accepts phone reservations. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
