More than the nice property, the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our requests, questions and concerns. Was also surprised that the kitchen was well equipped with coffee, water and snacks that were available 24/7. Even little details were taken cared of such as a European plug converter! Will definitely highly recommend to other travellers!

This was a really nice place in a very nice neighborhood close to the Vatican. The room was very clean and decorated very nicely. The best thing was the AC! It was a life saver after walking all day in heat and humidity of Rome in June. Not all places in Rome or Italy in general have an AC, so this was very welcoming.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel was close to the vatican, St Peter’s square, Castel Saint Angelo, Piazza Del Popolo and many more. The room was always kept clean. The are is very accessible to the metro. There are alot of shops, cafe’s and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again next time we go back to Rome

Location is very close to Vatican City. Bus stop also nearby. Rooms are small but okay for the price. Only complaint is that even though they did room service they didn’t replace the used towels with new ones and kept them as it is on the hanger.

This hotel is a type of hidden gem, in a perfect location. It is quiet, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed here with my sister's recommendation and was delighted! I understand why it is her favorite place to stay in Rome

I was blown away by the way I felt on this property. It was very homey, comfortable, accommodating, safe. This was our second time in Rome, Prati neighborhood and it was better than 2024. Communication was very prompt, cleanliness was great. I was very impressed with the quality of bed and pillows!! The location is great just around the corner there’s a grocery store and a plethora of restaurants, shopping and nightlife. For my small family of 3 this will be our go to for the foreseeable future in Prati. Oh and the short walk to the metro station is a plus!! Thank B place for a great week in Rome!!

The property was central to all shops and sights. It had a fridge/freezer, coffee machine and condiments. The person running this hotel was helpful, friendly and our room was always made up. However, our window was overlooking a building construction so the workers would start at 6am in the morning waking us up.

Brilliant welcome. Room was spacious, clean, tidy, with a comfy bed, sofa, and tables/desks. Shower room/toilet was clean and usable. The hotel was exactly as advertised, in a great location, and exactly what we wanted and needed. Only issue was, as a Brit, I would have liked a kettle to make tea. But that’s only a minor issue. Everything else was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
