Pretty much what we expected. Location was perfect for a night before an early flight home. Isn't a fancy or busy neighborhood, which was fine. Only complaint was the person/s in the room next door that had the TV on, late into the night. But, what can you do....

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. It was pretty spacious. The bathroom had brand new everything and was very clean. It had a full kitchen that felt like home.

Good hotel 15 min away from the airport.

I booked this hotel because of the closeness to the airport and it had a good price! We got there easily by taxi and Filipo recommended a place for dinner. It was a good walk but a nice authentic Italian restaurant. The waiter didn't speak English at all but the food was good. We also got to see the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen in my life! The downside is that we had a very early morning flight to the states and asked Filipo to set us up a taxi for 3:30 am. He agreed he would but the next morning at 3:30 there was no taxi! We waited till 3:50 before knocking on a door that was connected to the home. An older man helped us out and we were able to hail a taxi that was getting gas nearby! It was very stressful though and definitely not ideal! It was also farther away from the airport than I had hoped. About 15 minutes so plan ahead!

We loved our stay at B&B Fiumicino Airport resort! I traveled with my two girls and we stayed overnight. The room was very spacious and clean, it was quiet despite being so close to the airport, and the host was excellent and responsive to our needs. The property is 1 minute away from some great beaches, so instead of going to Rome for half a day we went to the beach and had lunch in a nice restaurant there! The hotel offers breakfast and coffee and the host ordered taxi for us to go back to the airport (which cost 20 Euro). There is no shuttle but for 3 people taxi costs as much as a shuttle. I would absolutely stay again there and highly recommend to others. We had a great time.

Short and sweet stay, great host

The stay we had was short, but incredibly nice! It was a little bit difficult getting the shuttle from the airport (it was just a regular car) as we had to communicate via whatsapp to arrange the pick up. Once arrived, the owner/host was incredibly sweet and understood that we wanted to rush off to make it to the beach for sunset so she made the check-in process super quick! The room was large and had a lovely bathroom. We needed a shuttle out early the next morning and told her we would speak with her when we got back, however, we ended up out at a local restaurant until late. She ended up arranging the shuttle back for us, and left a note on our room door saying it was all arranged for us! Overall a great stay in a really cute area. Not much to do there, but for one night waiting for a flight it's a really nice spot.

Expected a bed and breakfast type of motel as that’s what the signs said in English. Cold breakfast with left over rolls. No near by places to eat. Shuttle is a called taxi that charges and does not take anything but cash.

This is not in a good location and we had a bad experience - we checked in late assuming they would be available as the description said 24/7 airport shuttle (which is not true). Out flight got delayed and we arrived late. I traveled international and did not have a chance to phone or local currency to make a call to them about the late arrival. We took taxi and went there to our shock there was no one there and the location was deserted and no other hotel options. We could miraculously get out of that place at 1am and book another hotel for a premium price. I called the staff the next day and they cared less and told us we are no show. No courtesy and they didn't even understand the pain we went through with 2 kids at 1am at a location that is so deserted and no commercial properties around.
