Credo he mi stiate prendendo in giro, la struttura non esiste più da due anni, mi sono trovato in seria difficoltà ed ho dovuto trovare una sistemazione di fortuna all'ultimo minuto. Credo, se non verrò rimborsato dei miei soldi di presentare una denuncia nei vostri confronti per truffa!

Just an average motel, not decorated like you see in the pictures & our room was right off the lobby, glad no one was in there talking in the evening or early morning. Breakfast was just coffee which we couldn't work (we were shown how at check in), a very small portion of grapes & tiny pastry, muffin, or chocolate brownie in packages. The lady who checked us in was very nice but then after dinner we realized that we needed a 2nd pillow and we didn't want to disturb her. Only one pillow provided. The bed was firm and low. There were automatic lights that came on when we went to the area near the bathroom & in the bathroom which were annoying in the night. Few restaurants in area for dinner. Anyway, just average.

Closed - but accepted my reservation - horrible!

I stand in front of locked gate, no info, no phone number. Owner failed to inform me of closure and did not have alternate hotel arranged until I called with several expensive overseas roaming. I don't care what the problem is, but is completely unacceptable to confirm a reservation on a closed property. Certainly not my problem, leaving me standing in cold for 45min without a quick solution does not show any customer care at all. Eventually got a comparatively very bad motel, I paid for breakfast and got nothing. Owner needs to make sure hotel shows closed on this reserv platform, Sofar my worst experience with Hotels.com and Owners. Cant recommend stay here, very expensive taxi transfers and noisy location. No schuttle.

Beach Retreat

Had a great experience. Flavia, my host & her daughter were lovely. Flavia hired an early morning cab pick up, we had a 2 bedroom flat which was super comfortable and included a kitchen, so would've been perfect for a longer stay. She also gave me access to the separate main house next door, that had all the food, cereal, milk etc. so that the kids an I could start our morning off w/some food. Kids loved her daughter and were introduced to the grounds trampoline, which I pride them off of to go to dinner.😃 Great time hangin at her place.

Nice people but expensive to get to.

Lovely people. If you take the train from Rome to the airport stop it then takes 40 Euros for taxi to get to the B&B from the airport and 20 more for return to get your flight. Better to stay at the Hilton attached to the airport. Works out about the same amount of money.

Great place to stay

Great family room - plenty of space. Very clean and walking distance to a nice sandy beach and restaurants along the beach. Great communication with host. Host was very helpful in helping us arrange for cab service to and from the airport....which saved us a lot of money. Wonderful variety of breakfast foods in the morning.The neighborhood felt very safe. We were very comfortable and glad that we stayed here. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

When I arrived at the property , I was told the water system at the hotel was not working properly, so I was relocated to another private apartment property which is near the ocean. The owner is very friendly . The hotel is very close to the airport .

Staff was overall good and helpful once you arrive. It’s not easy to reach this property by phone or car. No restaurants in area. The shuttle service was horrible. Hung up on us when we arrive. So we had to get a taxi. They were rude and asked for money up front the next day when we needed to get to airport after we were told we could pay by credit by the owner of the B&B. Overall stressful to get to this place. I would recommend you pay the money and stay at a hotel in the airport. Taxi and shuttle service costed 40 euro for the round trip. Not worth the price.

Péssimo.

Péssimos, Localização horrivel, portao trancado a noite sem atendimento, não se atrase ou fica no meio de lugar nenhum sem ninguém pra ajudar. Atendimento horrível, vaso sanitário estava solto, a atendente me cobrou outra diária por causa do atraso e ficou com raiva por ter me atendido depois do horário, disse que já estava dormindo. Aparentemente só se arrependeu depois que viu que eu estava com minha família. Péssimo, não recomendo. Não parece hotel e sim uma pousada e das piores que ja vi.

We weren't scheduled to arrive until after regular check in time, but they made arrangements to accommodate us. Very friendly staff who also arranged airport transport at very reasonable rate. Nice breakfast.Roomy and clean. Location is just outside of airport, and we were told in short walking distance to a beach.
