Ottimo B&B

Romantica è un piccolo B&B in zona Piramide e si trova al piano rialzato e quindi è molto comodo per il trasporto bagagli. La stanza è molto illuminata, molto pulita e con bagno interno con sostituzione giornaliera degli asciugamani. Offre tutti i comfort, tra cui TV e Frigorifero. Stanza molto silenziosa.

Hotel was in a good location to get to both the centre of Rome and the coast. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area, reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful when needed. The breakfast options could have been better. The rooms were very clean and services daily however fresh towels daily would make this better. Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to a friend.

La camera era prezzata 80 euro scontata 60. Avendo prenotato nel tardo pomeriggio non abbiamo trovato nessuno che ci accogliesse nell'immediato così abbiamo dovuto aspettare una quindicina di minuti fuori dal b&b. L'accoglienza comunque è stata gradevole, personale gentile. Un solo appunto sulla colazione, abbiamo trovato il pane ammuffito, tutto il resto ok.

Perfetto per un breve pernottamento di lavoro.

A Roma per lavoro, cercavo un posto vicino a Piramide. Questo B&B ha fatto al caso mio. Pro: vicinanza alla stazione Piramide/Ostiense; grande gentilezza e disponibilità del personale; pulizia di stanze e spazi comuni; wifi perfetto; buona trattoria nei pressi. Contro: purtroppo si sente un po' il rumore dei treni che passano; di notte la zona non è il massimo; sala colazione veramente minuscola.

Strange b&b in good location

We arrived in pouring rain and could not find a way in. After a phone call, we were shown the way into a ground floor apartment where there were 3 bedrooms, a store cupboard and a very small communal corridor with benches against the wall, some high stools and a tiny kitchen area where breakfast was 'prepared' and served. The room was small, bathroom tiny, but clean. The room was cleaned each day but towels not changed. Breakfast was croissants, toast if requested, a few individually pocketed cheeses (Babybel and Philadelphia) and salami (also in individual packets, some cornflakes, a very small selection of yoghurt and some fruit juices. However, there was not enough of anything to ensure that all guests could have their choice. For example, on our first day there was only one packet of butter. We also found eating breakfast perched on high stools facing the wall very uncomfortable. However, the young woman serving breakfast was very pleasant and the coffee was excellent. The day before our checkout, we asked for a taxi to be booked for us on checkout and were told this would be OK. we waited over half an hour for the taxi and then had to find a taxi at the nearest Metro station as the b&b owner finally admitted that he couldn't get one for us. The location was excellent, good bars and restaurants in the vicinity and a reasonable walking distance from many of the sights we wanted to see. Maybe for the price, this was the best we could do in such a good location.

イタリア国鉄オスティエンセ駅から徒歩12～13分。 団地の1世帯分をB&Bとしてリノベートした感じ。したがって外観は若干古いが内装は新しく、部屋も清潔で以外と広かった。 宿泊の数日前にオーナーからメールで、小さなB&Bでスタッフが常駐していないということで、チェックインのために到着時刻を教えてほしいとのメールあり。フロントに相当するスペースがなく、チェックイン、朝食、チェックアウトのときだけ、オーナー夫婦のどちらか一人が対応に来るようだった。 チェックアウト時は通信状態が悪くクレジットカードが使えないというトラブルもあったが、ローマ市内でこれまで滞在したホテルの中ではもっともよかった。

Rustige plek aan de rand van het centrum van Rome.

Het was redelijk rustig, vriendelijke ontvangst, vlak bij de metro(500M) en we zijn ook twee keer terug gewandeld vanuit de stad. Het is niet heel luxe maar het voldoet we zijn toch steeds op pad gegaan om Rome te verkennen.

Alles in allem sehr schönes b&b. Service war top, es gibt keine besetzte reception, aber per sms/email kann man die ankunftszeit angeben. Hotel ist bisschen schwirig zu finden da es in einer a gesperrten wohnsiedlung ist. Lage sonst gut, kappe 5min zu fuss zum bahnhof ostiense. Frühstück mit brot, gipfeli, fleisch, käse, yoghurt,flakes, süsswaren, saft und kaffee sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

Adresse à retenir

Situé non loin (800m) de la gare d'Ostiense (8€ depuis l'aéroport) et du métro (station Pyramid) ce B.B jouit d'une situation géographique très intéressante quand on arrive par avion ou par train. De plus il n'y a rien à redire sur la qualité des chambres et la propreté et le comfort . A notre arrivé le gérant nous attendait (le prévenir de votre horaire d'arrivé car il ne vit pas ici) , il nous a donné toutes les explications sur la ville , les visites et les transports + une carte de Rome puis nous nous sommes débrouillés pendant plusieurs jours sans aucun problème. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner trop industriel mais tout de même agrémenté avec des gâteaux frais italien et servit toujours avec le sourire à partir de 8h00 (salle du petit déjeuner trop exigüe). En bref, nous avons passé une semaine magique et le choix de cet hôtel y a contribué pour un prix très très raisonnable. Ah j'oubliais pour les accros d'internet que le réseau wifi fonctionne à merveille.

Excentré mais de qualité

Beau petit séjour à Rome dans ce B&B près de l'arrêt de métro Pyramide. L'emplacement du b&b est assez excentré du centre ville mais heureusement bien desservi par le tram, le metro et les bus romains. Il se situe dans un immeuble ce qui n'a pas été facile à trouver au début, mais il suffit de trouver l'interphone et la bonne entrée (la B). La réception/ lieu des petits déjeuners est sommaire et petit mais nous n'avons pas trouvé cela gênant. Notre chambre se trouvait dans un autre appartement de l'immeuble. La chambre était spacieuse et propre avec en prime un balcon! Le Matelas était très confortable et le seul inconvénient de la chambre est le bruit des trains (pensez aux bouchons d'oreilles).
