Ciampino faulty towers: not Excel, not Rome.

Far from Rome, not so close to the airport, poor service. The manager forgot to schedule a taxi early morning, as we requested, so we almost missed our flight. The room was in a different building far from the reception desk, and we had to walk late night upon our arrival, and rush back to the reception to pick the taxi when it finally appeared. It was an unnecessary source of stress.

Roma

The wifi was poor and a few repairs were needed. I dont believe it is up to snuff to qualify it for the 4* rating they deem it to be.

Everything about the hotel was good , transportation was very poor , we end up spending more time form hotel to the city than we wanted to, it was also expensive for transportation to city and back , for next time will most likely find hotel at the city.

Nice place for overnight stay Ciampino airport.

Nice hotel, large room, garage space was nice but tight. Not sure why the kitchenette was in the room, but there is an additional charge for use of it. Close to Ciampino airport which was nice for us. Staff was great and very friendly. Wi-Fi not good at all in the room. Had to go to the reception area (different building) for Wi-Fi.
