Very mediocre and over priced. We felt it was more of a 3 star/ motel as compared to a 4 star. There were no amenities ( body lotion , shampoo etc ) and the floors were not moped once in our 4 day stay despite we pointing it out to the cleaners. The rooms were also in a bad condition and although advertised as good for families- it wasn’t explicitly stating pets allowed. This was a no for us. The rooms also lacked an iron and an iron stand and when requested a broken iron was given to us along with a wooden iron stand ( which was taken back by housekeeping the next day ). The mini bar was extremely noise. And yes, the walls between rooms are invisible - there was no noise barriers at all and we couldn’t sleep at all with neighbours constantly hitting against the walls. It felt quite cheap actually.
On the positive, the reception staff was helpful and informative. Apart from the location, we didn’t have a good time. Also, there are better options around the same area.
Overall felt we were scammed/ ripped off.
