Rooms were dated and dirty, walls need to be washed and bathroom needs to be renovated as it has mold about the shower. AC didn’t work and room was very dry. We both woke up both mornings feeling sick with super sore throat’s.

1. The ceiling was damaged and leaking, and leaked above the water station/kettle area where we placed our baby bottles for sanitization. This water from the ceiling dripping was completely unacceptable and the state of the room was not what we expected. 2. The room was not ready upon us arriving, but front desk still gave us the key and asked us to wait in the room while the cleaner finished. we did this, but the cleaner rushed and we found later that night the room was not cleaned sufficiently including finding dirty chewing gum in the bed.
