Hotel Della Prassede was undergoing renovations and was not ready to accommodate us during our stay. We instead got transferred to a “farther” hotel, not a personal choice, which is lower star-rated. I think/feel that I even paid more for the services the alternative hotel (Orazia) have offered! I demand/expect due compensation for such inconvenience!

Simplesmente me mudaram de hotel na ultima hora, falaram que houve um problema com nosso quarto e q seria necessário nos mudar de hotel, que além de mais longe da estação, era terrível, o hotel Orazia ficava no quinto andar do prédio e o elevador estava quebrado, quando chegamos lá em cima carregando as malas achei q fosse desmaiar, o banheiro era mofado, tinha mosquitos de umidade, toalhas sujas cheias de cabelo, o aquecedor não funcionava, passamos o maior frio, como chegamos de madrugada não tinha como sair pra comprar água e o frigobar estava vazio e não vendia agua na recepção. Simplesmente falaram pra tomar agua da torneira, mas se eu não consegui tomar banho de nojo do banheiro, muito menos tomar água da torneira. Foi a pior experiência da viagem toda
