The location of this hotel is wonderful. It is close to everything. Trevi fountain in the immediate area. We stayed in the annex building which was roomy and quiet. The breakfast was quite well appointed with anything one would want or need. The bar area looked nice, although we did not visit.
The front staff was accommodating and professional. We ran into an issue at check out when we attempted to load our bags where the valet dropped off our car (space is limited so they must have found the best spot that they could. There was a man yelling at us, asking for our identification papers so he could send us a bill (or to contact the police). Obviously, I refused and ran to get the hotel staff who promptly and graciously let us get to the airport. I was impressed with their calm manner with this hostile gentleman. Obviously, us as guests never put the car in that spot. The front desk people deserve recognition for professionalism.
