Great location but it’s very loud at night. Only 1 window per floor so it’s dark with limited lighting. Basement / lower level smells musty too.

We are so central located so some weeckends could be more lively on the streets and unfortunatelly the weather was a bit gloomy hence why you coudn'nt use the soace outside the apartment which usually it's really appreciated by our guest. Hope to hosting you next time in a different typology may be in our new property next HiSuiteRome in high floor with elevator and roof top terrace too!

We adored staying in these apartments. I have been to Rome many times and this is the best place I have stayed. You can not get more central - everything is within an easy walk. We were surrounded by an unbelievable choice of excellent restaurants. The staff were very proactive in communicating with us prior to our arrival and even had our apartment ready when we were moved to an earlier flight by our airline. Absolutely excellent and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

This boutique apartment was the absolute highlights of our Europe trip. We traveled with a 18 month year old and a 15 year old and the amount of space and amenities we had were amazing. You will not find more space for what you pay in the heart of Rome. It was worth the extra amount of money when traveling with children no question. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and were always available if we ever needed them.

HiSuite Rome was the best! There were 6 in our group, we had 2 apartments, nice, clean and comfortable. Great location! Close to everything. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, especially Laura! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our family. Location was awesome for all attractions. Management was attentive. We had the 2 room apartment and it was perfect for my wife/my self and our 2 daughters. Would definitely stay again.

In relation to other properties that we looked at for our stay the amount of space we had in our apartment for the cost of the rental was great! Communicating with both Mark and Giulia was easy and prompt. They both offered recommendations and were so friendly. We even bumped into Mark a couple of times as he lives in the area! He checked in on us like we were old friends! It was outstanding! We cannot say enough good things about our experience staying here.

Property is in an excellent and safe neighborhood with easy access to food and sight seeing. They provide excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do and help you avoid tourist traps. I would stay here again.

Very accessible!! Walkable distance to any restaurant or stores. I suggest the owners to be more pampering with the guest, adding some items like water, small snacks and coffee, it doesn’t gonna cost to much, and give a big difference about appreciation for costumers.

You are wright and before we offered everything but housekeeper spent to much time to replace the items and she complained about it; then, we decided to offer only some complementary item like coffe, tea and sugar just the first day upon arrival. There is a minimarket just in front where you can buy everything and we are happy to help him with that! Water in Rome is drinkable and there is a small fountain on the street where all guest take fresh water in their own bottle avoiding to use too much plastic ones! This property is a hidden gem! Beautiful and walkable neighborhood with plenty of shopping and dining options. Close enough to walk to main tourist areas without being in the midst of the tourist chaos. Laura and the staff were wonderful leading up to and during our visit. Suite was spacious with great amenities. We prefer to stay in local areas and non-hotels where possible, so this was perfect for us! Would highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Perfect home base in Rome
This apartment is in a great location and worked perfectly for our group. Laura was super helpful with suggestions of things to do and see and where to dine. The 2 restaurants out the front door were really nice too.

This is an amazing property. It’s close to tons of food options and every attraction is within walking distance. The rooms and very big and clean. Checkin was a breeze. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel's location was perfect. Walking distance from many tour sites. There were two restaurants right across and a small store. Laura was very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and tour sites. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Close to everything
Close to all the historical attractions. Was able to walk to everything and did not need a taxi. Just be sure you wear comfortable walking shoes. Nice restaurants all around the area and a market across the street.

Location, location, location. This property was located on a small, quaint street. When you think of Europe you picture a street like this. While it was a small street, it was an easy walk to most of the major attractions in Rome - we walked to the Vatican and to the Spanish Steps and saw everything in between. The restaurant scene in the area was awesome and we were only 3 blocks away from Piazza Navonna. I recommend eating at Da Torino around the corner from HiSuite. The staff was top notch and helped us book transfers from the airport and then to our cruise. Only drawback is there is no elevator if you are on the 2nd floor. Very small item that is outweighed by their location. I highly recommend this place.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
TLDR: great apartment, great location, great hosts, rely on walking/taxiing to get around Longform: Communication: host emailed well before trip to ask for arrival details, contact information, and offer black car transfer from the airport. Not cheapest option but swift and professional. Don’t try to drive here yourself, narrow streets, ZTLs, etc. All checkin procedures provided by WhatsApp seamlessly. Apartment: plenty of space. 2 boys on sofa bed downstairs, grownups in bedroom. We had one bathroom that was roomy overall but with a small shower and hot water lasts ~30 minutes. Everything was very clean. AC super COLD!! Kitchen is not fully stocked by default but can ask hosts for whatever you are missing, they are very responsive. Door lock is via key code access. To be honest, they should make the keypad bigger because it is easy to make a fat finger mistake and have to re-enter code. Felt very secure though! I liked hearing the automatic deadbolt clearly locking when leaving. Location: Perfetto! You can literally walk everywhere! If you’re not going to walk all the time (e.g. visiting during heat wave like us), be prepared to taxi (itTaxi app, was pretty okay), Uber (usually 30-100% more than taxi), or figure out the bus system. No metro stops particularly close. Host recommendations for restaurants and gelato were excellent. Or just walk seconds around the corner for tons of delicious options. Stay here for a special and authentic Roma experience!

This was an amazing apartment in the heart of Rome. Close to dining, Vatican and many other sights. We almost walked everywhere. Owner was great and communicated well and was very helpful. Property/room was clean and had everything one would need. Would stay again.

If you told me during your stay I could show you another apartment of the same type if you liked it better but it's the first time anyone has complained about the size of the bathrooms and showers which are usually 1 m by 120! ; however, I hope to be able to host you again, perhaps in another apartment where the bathrooms are more to your liking

Great location. Good size room. There is no daily cleaning or new towel delivery. You keep what you started out with for the entire stay. We paid $60.00 per night for two extra people but received nothing extra with this fee. There was no extra cleaning required because there was no daily cleaning service. No towels were ever cleaned our entire three night stay and no additional amenities were offered for the extra fee. Not sure I would have selected this location if I had j own the full price of the stay.

Dear Polly, I am so sorry to receive your review because it's clear there was a misunderstanding when you booked.. HiSuiteRome is not an Hotel but a Residence; The Apartment rate changes depending from the people occupancy; so if you book only for 2 people and then you arrive in 4, the rate change growing up because we had to charge a small amount more for the extra persons because they will use extra bed, extra sheets and towels, extra energy and extra water...exct! At the beginning of the stay we give 3 towels per person included in the rate and usually we don't change for 3 night stay, even to safe the planet from too much energy and soap! Anyway if you requires fresh towels you should ask for and for 5 euro we provide a set of 2 towels; Dayly cleaning is not included but it's on request and we offer it for 15 euro; anyway houskeeper do daily chcek for garbage and if you need toilet paper or something else. Hope now everything is more clear and host you once again ! Regards, laura

The HiSuites Rome is a very charming place. Laura was so sweet and helpful! It is centrally located so you can easily walk to many historical sites. Some great restaurants are also within walking distance. The downside was the bedroom was upstairs, so packing the luggage up and down the stairs was not fun. We had the end suite and it could get very noisy through the night because we were next to a bar. The shower was small, not built for a tall guy. There was a public water spout right outside our door and the water was super cold and tasty!

Amazing location in the heart of Rome, perfect for our family holiday. Walking distance to all the sights and plenty of places to enjoy the food! Didn’t feel like a hotel in a good way :)

Clean and comfortable central Rome stay
Great centralized location. Our room was on two levels. A bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a comfortable sofa bed, bathroom, and little kitchen downstairs. In a cute apartment building. Easy check in if you let them know approximate arrival time . Dozens of cafes, restaurants, shops right outside the door and in surrounding streets. We walked everywhere from the hotel: Piazza Navona, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain; Galleria Borghese, Colosseum, etc. Churches galore.
