Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Kind and attentive staff. The neighborhood is away from all of the tourist chaos but walkable everywhere. Bus stop right around the corner. Dozens of excellent restaurants and supermarket right in the immediate area. Gym was small but did the job. Would stay again

I would stay there again!

Great hotel, staff, breakfast, and location. just a block from the Tiber River in the charming Prati neighborhood. Could easily walk to most historic sights, the shopping district, many fine restaurants.

The Hotel doesn’t look like the pictures, the woman that checked us in was really mean and not helpful at all BUT everybody else in the front desk were nice the other days. The room was very spacious, good bathroom, limited room service, but the best thing was the Seafood restaurant right in the same sidewalk of the Hotel:, best restaurant we ever been in Rome so it was worth overall staying there .

Great stay at good price!

This hotel is in a very calm area of Rome, about a mile from the Vatican — it’s in a middle point of Vatican City and the Spanish Steps/Trevi Fountain! The staff is very kind and attentive! The breakfast is a traditional Italian restaurant with cheese, meats, bread, eggs & bacon. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a decently priced hotel in Rome!

The desk personnel happily made dinner reservations, arranged for a taxi, arranged purchase of next-day Vatican Museum tickets when they appeared sold out online. Extraordinary service. Genuinely helpful. The room was amazing too. Exceptionally clean and well designed bathroom. I have found my go to hotel in Rome.

It’s an unassuming gem. The finest breakfast ever! The staff so helpful and nice. Then the last night the manager gave us 2 rooms instead of the family room we had book. When I requested it…it wasn’t available. So when we checked in for the 2nd time we were surprised with 2 Fab rooms that we’re not available when we left! Love, love this place! Will return! PS Both bottles of champagne were amazing!

There was no cellphone coverage or wifi coverage in the room. We had to go to the lobby to have access to internet. Hotel staff were notified but nothing was fixed. The room was clean and quiet.
